SPRING YOUTH PROGRAMS

All of our spring & fall youth programs meet once a week for 8-10 weeks. They are designed to introduce running as a fun and rewarding sport for all ability fitness levels. Our goal is to empower kids and build character through running. We do this by incorporating an empowerment principle each week. This fun but focused approach will include goal setting, drills, relays, running games, and age-appropriate distance runs that will challenge kids and provide opportunities to grow in the sport of running. Running is a life long sport and our programs will set the foundation for a growth mindset that will benefit kids for years to come.
