We have a variety of training programs available for the marathon, half marathon, and 5k/10K. These programs are 8 week - 16 week programs designed to help you reach your racing goals.
Aaron's marathon plans have helped four people achieve Boston Marathon qualifier marks. The marathon plan offers a flexible and conservative approach to allow time for training in your busy schedule while staying healthy in route to your big race day. The marathon plan also includes several 'signature workouts' that will be fun and challenging to keep you feeling confident about your upcoming race!
The 5k/10k plans include speed and endurance workouts that will prepare you for the demands of the shorter and faster races. This plan also includes an emphasis on hill workouts that will make you a stronger and healthier runner and also enhance your running economy.
