Refund Policy

PROGRAM REFUNDS
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or withdrawals. In the event that your child is unable to participate in a Herd Running program due to a medical reason or an unforeseen event, a partial refund will be issued by the club director. MERCHANDISE RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you don't you have 30 days to return it. We ask that you simply pay for shipping and send it back to us.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If the item was defective or damaged, please let us know at herdrunning@gmail.com and we will take care of you.
