Prerequisite: Child must be able to run a mile in 10min or less.
Whether your child is looking to stay in shape over the summer, build endurance for another sport, or is up for a new challenge, our 8 week endurance group is a great fit. Each week we will warm up with a light run out on the trails, then come back and do a workout in the park.
WHAT TO BRING:
Water bottle, athletic shoes, shorts, short sleeve shirt
