K-4TH GRADE PROGRAMS
Our youth programs meet once a week for 8 weeks and are designed to introduce running as a fun and rewarding sport for all ability fitness levels. Our goal is to empower kids and build character through running.
We meet at parks, schools, and in neighborhoods where we have open fields and paved trails to run on. Join us this fall!
5K TRAINING GROUPS (2nd-6th)
The 5k Training Groups is perfect for any young runner that is ready to take on the next challenge. We focus on building up endurance each week and help prepare each runner to run a 5k by late fall.
AGES 4-5
You're never too young to start running! Our 4&5 year old programs are a great way for kids to get moving and build confidence. Each week we focus on an empowerment principle with age appropriate workouts, while having lots of FUN!
Morning groups are available or contact us if you'd like for Herd Running to come to your school.
